Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To honor the time, energy, and preparation dedicated to each session, Ama.s Body Care maintains a structured cancellation policy.
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you, and last-minute changes limit the opportunity to accommodate other clients.
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund of the amount collected or may be applied toward a future appointment.
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled using the link in your confirmation email, or via text if needed.
Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will result in the deposit being retained as a cancellation fee.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the next scheduled client. The full session fee will still apply.
Packages
Packages are designed to deliver optimal results when completed within a structured timeframe:
* Packages must be used within the specified validity period (typically 90 days)
* Sessions are non-transferable
* Sessions are not cumulative or extendable
* All sessions must be scheduled in advance at the time of purchase
In-Home Sessions
In-home sessions are available upon request and are subject to availability, location, and scheduling conditions:
* Additional travel considerations may apply
* Preferred rates may be available for clients with their own massage table
* All policies (deposit, cancellation, refund) apply equally to in-home services

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information prior to their session.
Ama.s Body Care is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from undisclosed medical conditions.
To ensure safety and the highest quality of care, please inform us in advance if any of the following conditions apply:
* Pregnancy under 13 weeks
* Cold, flu, or COVID-like symptoms
* Lymphedema
* Acute infection or inflammation
* Heart or kidney conditions
* Tuberculosis
* Hyperthyroidism
* High blood pressure
Certain conditions may require medical clearance prior to treatment.
